We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders to the contiguous United States.

Note: We currently do not ship internationally due to the size and weight of our products. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a custom quote.
How We Ship
Most of our products (cabinets, flooring pallets, slatwall bundles) are too large for standard couriers like UPS or FedEx. They will be shipped via LTL Freight (semi-truck).
What "Curbside Delivery" Means: Standard Freight shipping includes Curbside Delivery and a Liftgate Service.

The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway or curb.

The driver is NOT responsible for moving the items into your garage, home, or backyard.

Please plan ahead and have a friend or family member available to help you move your boxes into your secure storage area.
Delivery Appointments
For freight shipments, you must be present to sign for the delivery.

The carrier will call you 24-48 hours before arrival to schedule a delivery window.

Please ensure the phone number you provide at checkout is accurate.

If you miss your scheduled appointment or the carrier cannot reach you, you may be responsible for storage fees or re-delivery charges assessed by the freight company.
Order Confirmation & Shipment

Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after placing your order confirming that we have received it and pre-authorized your credit card.

Stock Check: We verify stock with our suppliers immediately. If an item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss options (wait for stock or cancel).

Shipping: If the item is in stock, we process the charge and prepare your order. Most orders ship within 3-7 business days.

Tracking: We will email you the tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive tracking within 6 business days, please follow up with us at support@garage-form.com.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) before the driver leaves.

If you notice any damage to the box (crushed corners, holes, etc.), you MUST note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) when you sign.

If the damage is catastrophic (product is visibly destroyed), Refuse the Delivery and contact us immediately.
Take photos of the damage and email them to support@garage-form.com within 24 hours so we can file a claim and get you a replacement.
