We fully stand by every product we sell. Our goal is to help you build your dream garage, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Easy Returns Policy.
How to Initiate a Return
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at support@garage-form.com with your order number. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Return Eligibility & Costs

Condition: In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must arrive back to us in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items must not show any visual signs of wear, assembly, or installation.

Return Shipping Costs: You (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Freight Warning: Please be aware that return freight for large items (cabinets, heavy flooring) can be significant. We can assist in arranging the carrier, but the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Restocking Fees: Due to the size and weight of our commercial-grade products, returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer's specific policy. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Refund Process Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you cancel an order before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please email support@garage-form.com or call us immediately.

After Shipment: If you cancel an order after it has left the warehouse (even if you have not yet received it), it is treated as a standard Return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (to redirect the freight) and any applicable restocking fees.
Damages (Important Freight Instructions)
We pay for shipping insurance to ensure your product arrives safely. However, for this insurance to be valid, you must follow these steps:

Inspect Upon Arrival: When the freight carrier arrives, please inspect the packaging before you sign the delivery receipt.

Note Damages: If you see any damage to the box (crushed corners, holes, etc.), you MUST note "DAMAGED" on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) when you sign.

Report Immediately: Send photos of the damage to support@garage-form.com within 24 hours of delivery.

GarageForm will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
Exclusions & Special Circumstances

Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Products specified as "Custom" or "Made-to-Order" are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

One-Time Use: GarageForm only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one-time use" (e.g., for a trade show, staging, or photo shoot) are not eligible for return.

Vendor-Specific Policies: If a certain vendor does not support the return policy stated above, this will be clearly noted in the product description.
